Exhibitors: Secure your booth space and optional booth add-on items (this applies to corner booth and island fees)
Sponsorship Opportunities: All sponsorship items will be sold based on priority points. At your designated booth selection time, all available sponsorships will be open for your company to choose from.
Support a Cause: You may also choose to support the conference charity fundraiser through this online process.
Rules and Regulations: Please review the rules and regulations for the conference by visiting this link before proceeding with your selection process. You’ll be asked to confirm your review later in this process.
Please review before beginning the selection process:
1) If you see "This option is not available," the item has already been purchased and is no longer available.
2) If you click "Proceed to Checkout" and your items do not carry over to the cart, you will notice that you've signed out. Please sign back in and complete the transaction.
3) Invoices will be reviewed for accuracy by 340B staff. Once confirmed and approved an invoice will be sent to the primary contact with additional information on conference registration and meeting space availability.
4) Upon conclusion of your selections please review your company logo and description. If changes are necessary, please email a new logo or a Word document containing the company description to Robin Hayes Wishom at robin.hayes@340bhealth.org.
